From hello to fresh cut.
Give us a ring
Call or send a request with their coat, their last groom and the look you’re after.
Pop in and say hi
New pets can visit first, with no groom at all, just to sniff around and meet us.
Drop-off
We have a quick chat, feel the coat together and agree the look.
Groom time
Bath, dry, brush and cut, at their pace. We’ll call if anything comes up.
Pickup
We ring when they’re ready and tell you how it went.

- Their lead and collar or harness, or a secure carrier
- A photo of the look you love
- Any shampoo your vet recommended
- Ticklish spots and worries
- Your phone, so we can call you
