Handy to have ready

Answers to the questions owners ask us most.

We do. Cat grooming is a calm brush-out, de-mat or de-shed, with handling agreed before the visit. Bath only if it suits them.

Bring a photo of the look you love, even if it’s another dog. We’ll feel the coat and tell you honestly what will work.

Early and gently. A puppy first groom is short and fun, so the salon becomes a happy place.

It depends on the coat and how they feel on the day. We give you a pickup time at drop-off and call if anything changes.

We de-shed double coats rather than shaving them, unless your vet has advised otherwise.

Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Call (202) 555-0116.
