Their grooming story

When were they last groomed, and what did they have done? A photo of a cut you liked tells us loads.

Their quirks

Ticklish feet? Hates the hairdryer? Loves a chin scratch? The more we know, the better the visit.

Skin and sensitivities

Itchy spots, allergies or shampoos that didn’t agree with them. If your vet has recommended a product, bring it in.

The look you’re after

Short and sporty, soft and teddy-ish, or just tidy. Not sure? We’ll suggest something that suits the coat.

Your brushing routine

How much brushing can you do at home? It helps us pick a cut you can keep looking good.

Your next conversation

Tell us about their coat, their last groom and the look you’re after, or call us on (202) 555-0116. We’ll plan their visit with you.

Your checklist

  • When they were last groomed
